Mitch Raymer is the founder of Finding Your Path™ where he offers Christ-centered solutions to everyday problems.  His first book, Your Path To a Job, is filled with encouragement and advice to anyone looking for work in the current job market.

Mitch was the Administrative Pastor of his church for 15 years. He recently took an Eldership role and stepped off staff so the church could add an associate pastor and learning center director.  While Administrative Pastor, Mitch took care of the day to day church business, and built a land drive program to purchase property (where their new church facilities now stand.)   He also led the Home Church Program for several years and taught the high school class for more than a decade.

At the same time, he helped develop a chain of Midwest retail stores, working in administration and human resources.  The company has grown from 7 to more than 40 operations today.  Mitch established their Human Resource Department. He wrote and implemented the Policy & Procedure Manual and the Safety Program. He also worked with the company programmer to build and implement inventory tracking and POS systems.

In his years with the retail operations, Mitch interviewed thousands of job applicants and hired hundreds of people.  During this time, Mitch worked with another Branson pastor who runs the local Christian halfway house.  He set things in motion to bring several young men and women who were just getting out of jail or coming off drug rehab back into the work force.  This is where Finding Your Path™ was born.

Mitch is a gifted problem solver. Using both his cognitive thought process from his business background, and a spiritual approach from his years of serving God and the church, Mitch tackles some of the most common problems facing people today.

His mission is to help others - in very practical and Biblical ways; he’s just as comfortable teaching one-on-one as he is with a group 500 or more.

Through Your Path to a Job he can show job seekers of all ages and skill levels how to successfully conduct their job hunt using a Christ-like approach.  He has a heart to help churches and ministry organizations fill practical needs of the body that are often overlooked with tradition teachings.

The Tennessee Home School Conference in Memphis Tennessee invited Mitch to teach several workshops this past summer. His last class was standing room only.  He was asked to several more Home School events and sold a number of books to conference attendees and vendors who saw Your Path To A Job as a wholly original project.
